You will be missed, my friend. I knew you over 35 years and have only good memories of our friendship. Ours was another case where the sponsor / spins relationship also strengthened our friendship. We laughed so hard every time we talked. I always looked forward to your phone calls, especially since I have moved out os state. You helped me a great deal and I can't think of anyone's program that I respect more than yours. It was my pleasure and an honor to be your sponsor. I love and miss you dearly.

To the friends and family of Chaz, I was sad to learn of his passing, and learned about the visitation only today. I remember his positive outlook on life despite all of its issues and setbacks. He had a friendly smile for everyone, and always shared a comment o support. He will be missed.

Chaz; You will be missed for your openness, honesty, humor, and your always ready smile. You were the bravest person I ever met, your courage inspired many people in recovery to accept life on life's terms, and to change the things we can (even when it seems impossible)! I love you brother, and will miss you greatly! See you at the Big Meeting.

Chaz, your guidance was helpful at the beginning of my recovery journey and I'm glad we knew each both in the rooms and outside of the rooms. Chloe knew you and hissed at you because you were the guy running the vacuum but she was always in good hands with you! Thanks for all the years of service, the memories, and the laughs!

Thoughts and prayers for comfort to all who knew and loved you! I feel blessed to have known you. Your sense of humor and the times we spent sharing stories and laughing over coffee will remain forever in the scrapbook of my heart! So glad I got to meet you and make you coffee on the mornings you came to clean Gary's place. Don't make too much trouble in heaven dear soul!

I was so very sad to hear of my friend Cnaz' death. I have always admired his forthrightness and courage to do what needed to be done, to face things as they are, whether they are as he might want them to be or not, and to respond appropriately with dignity.I will miss him greatly, and my life is much the richer for having had him in it. His memory will truly be a blessing.

Uncle Chaz you are gone too soon. I never thought I would be the one to have to lay you to rest. You gave me your instructions and I am following them as best I can. I knew you had many friends, but I had know idea how many there actually are. Your friends are wonderful and are assisting me in any way they can. I will say goobye to you on Thursday, April 29, 2021 and I will miss my hysterically funny uncle that always made my cheeks hurt from laughing. You certainly will be missed by a ton of friends. I am sending my love to you in heaven.
