Teodoro D. Evangelista, age 82, of Skokie, died Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at his residence. He was born November 25, 1939, in San Teodoro, Mindoro, Philippines.

Beloved husband of the late Virginia, née Mejia; loving father of Maria Virna Evangelista, M.D.; devoted son of the late Casiano and Josefa Evangelista; fond brother of Flor Yumang and Josefina Ballesteros and the late Alicia, Andrea, Jose, Rene, Jocelyn, Ediberto, Casiano Jr., and Buhay Evangelista and Aurora Feraren; dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Visitation, Monday, December 27, 2021, from 10 a.m. until time of Prayer Service, 12 noon, at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie.
