Susan Kathryn Fortmann, age 70, of Bartlett, died Tuesday, October 18, 2022, in Bartlett. Beloved daughter of the late Edward and Geraldine, née McGinnis, Fortmann, she was born July 11, 1952, in Chicago.
Susan was a graduate of St. Gregory High School, Chicago; Northern Illinois University, DeKalb; and Roosevelt University, Chicago. A 30-year employee of Sears, she was also a teacher in the Chicago Public Schools and at South Elgin High School.
Loving sister of Patricia (Michael) Leonhardt, Diane Fortmann, and the late William (Patsy) Fortmann; dearest aunt of Debbie, Mary Beth, Jenny, Jill, Ed, and Danea.

Prayer Service, Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 10:30 a.m., at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie.
Interment, All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Des Plaines.
