Jim and I were digging though some old paperwork and came across some names we hadn't seen in years, including the Mulcahy's. Jim's father, Ron Jasper, was Shirley's first cousin. I'm sorry we missed this notice. Please accept our belated condolences.

I always had fond memories of my Great Aunt Shirley when I was a kid. Her kindness, love, and incredible sense of humor were always present at family reunions and holidays. And although I did not see as often as life moved forward, whenever the opportunity arose I enjoyed her company and the time we spent together. You will be greatly missed and always loved Shirley! I am so sorry to hear Aunt Shirley has passed. I always appreciated her sass and her spunky personality. I think of her every time I look out my window and see my flowers along my walkway. She might have scolded me for letting the weeds take over but I know she would have appreciated the colorful mix of flowers. I am sending you all a big hug from North Carolina.

I will miss her dearly... although the years and distance parted us, I will always remember and appreciate her warmth, sense of humor, and the love she felt for her family. May you rest in peace, Aunt Shirley!
