We were so sad to learn of Sarah's passing. She was always so congenial and so very special. We'll always remember her stories about the Dickerdike statue at Knox College, and that wonderful ever-present smile. She was both the perfect hostess or the perfect guest; knowledgible and engaging. Ravinia attendances with the Huffs were particularly memorable and we hope all these memories will somehow lighten your sadness and make her death more tolerable. You have our prayers and sympathies.

I am so sorry to hear about Sara's passing. She always was cooking up a storm at her home on Rosalie in Evanston, Illinois and her cookies were amazing. She was always someone who was busy and loved arts and crafts. She was the homemaker many of us wanted to be and will always be missed. Hold on to the memories, her smile and most of all her friendship.

So very sorry to hear about Sara's passing. My condolence to Gordon and her family. What a wonderful lady. I so remember her calling me when I moved to Westminster to offer her help in getting me settled. I along with her many friends here will miss her.

I am so sorry to hear about Sara's passing. I have such fond memories of her from spending so much time at the Guth's home. I especially remember the great cookies around the holidays and how she was always proofreading something. I was so happy to get to see Sara when she and Jenny stopped near me on their way up to the cabin about 15 years ago. I remember her telling me how she was so happy that Jenny and I were still friends as we watched the little girls swarming around Kevin in the hotel pool. I loved her and always felt welcomed in their home. She was a wonderful Mom. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May you feel her warm embrace as you share so many memories together.
