Phuc Van Nguyen, age 74, of Skokie, died Thursday, August 25, 2022, at Ascension Holy Family Medical Center, Des Plaines.
Son of the late Bach Van Nguyen and Ly Thi Pham, he was born July 18, 1948, in Vietnam.
Beloved husband of Mai Thi Vu; dear father of Trang Nguyen (My Tran) and Trinh Nguyen (Wendell Brewer); loving grandfather of Jimmy Van Tran, Annie Tran, Noah Vu Brewer, and Jacob Nguyen Brewer; fond brother of Huyen Nguyen, Nuc Nguyen, Gai Nguyen, and the late Nghiem Nguyen and Nghiem Nguyen.
Visitation, Monday, August 29, 2022, from 9 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m., at Holy Child Jesus Catholic Parish (St. Margaret Mary Church), 2324 W. Chase Ave., Chicago.
Interment, Maryhill Catholic Cemetery, Niles.
