Sherry Mueller left a message on December 20, 2016:
Dear Uncle Nick will be greatly missed. I feel so fortunate to have shared time with him spanning decades since I was 5 years old. I remember visiting him and Auntie Ip shortly after he began his basic training as a Marine at Camp Pendelton. With many Christmases and visits in between I remember vacationing with him and friends at the Flying E Ranch once again last March. So happy we shared that rewarding time together in one of our favorite places. We had the opportunity to celebrate Larry's 110th birthday together last May. Uncle Nick's wry humor, his big heart, and his practical approach will be missed and long remembered.
