Son of the late John C. and Helen, née Wisniewski, he was born July 25, 1929, in Chicago.
Veteran, U.S. Army.
Beloved husband of the late Mary B., née Cunningham; loving father of Michael, Maureen (Neil) Warren, and Martin; fond brother of the late John Hajduk and Pearl Berry; dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Visitation, Thursday, May 5, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m., at St. Lambert Church of Ss. Peter & Lambert Catholic Parish, 8148 Karlov Ave., Skokie.
Interment, All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Des Plaines.
