Dear Mary,
So very sorry to hear this sad news. My heart is breaking for you and your family. She was a beautiful lady. I will keep you in my prayers and know your strong faith will support you at this most difficult time.
Some of my happiest times at Saint peters school were with Mary Ann in the nurses office. We volunteer there to go over the medical records every year and made sure all the children were in compliance and seeing any sick or injured students. She was such a pleasure to work with and so much fun. I enjoyed our days together and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to spend time with her.....Such wonderful memories.
I'm so so sorry to hear about your mom. My deepest condolences for your family during this very challenging time. May she rest in peace and her memories live
on your hearts.Love,

A memory of Maryann... she knew her path even in eighth grade. I remember asking her what she wanted to be when she grew up and she said "a nurse". Always a beautiful smile, kind word and a protector of anyone being bullied... the reunions she attended were always a pleasure.
I have no words that can express my deep sadness for your family. I love you all and my heart is broken for each of you. My thoughts and prayers ate with you.
Sending my deepest condolences on your loss. I met Maryann at Loyola’s Lung Transplant Support Group and we hit it off. We always connected at the annual Candle Lighting Ceremony. I hope knowing the positive impact she had so many in the lung transplant community gives you a measure of comfort.
I went to Regina Dominican High School with Maryann. We spent 4 years together in orchestra. I remember Maryann as someone who could always be counted on to have a cheerful outlook on whatever was going on. I never heard her say an unkind word about anyone. My prayers go out to her family that they are comforted in warm and loving memories.

Maryann was a gift to all fortunate to know her. She cared for others in a selfless way that inspired us all. Her smile, her laugh, her love of others and desire to help will always be with me. The Loyola community joins you in grief, and shares wonderful, loving memories.

Maryann's husband is my younger brother Paul. They were high school sweethearts and their long marriage, while cut short, is inspirational, uplifting and somewhat unique these days. "Paul & Maryann ..." was how we in the family spoke of them - always the two together. Their combined generosities, self sacrifice and dedication to family were so comingled, one could not separate their intertwined giving. Maryann is the best thing in Paul's life - I will continue to see her in his ongoing life of giving and dedication, and for that - I am blessed and grateful. As a nurse, Maryann was in her element; it was indeed her nature to heal and tend to the ill. As a mother, and later a grandmother, she got two bites of the 'caregiver' apple, always looking to tend to the children. As much as they lit up her day, she returned the joy 10 fold. How rich could one hope to be? Always in her comfort zone of Giving. Now that she is at peace, it is up to the rest of the family to join with Paul and the kids to become better at giving our best - each day. I for one am up for the challenge and hope that she hears my prayers of thanks and love.

RIP my lovely friend. Thinking of you and your family at this very sad time.
Maryann was always someone I looked forward to seeing any chance I could. I will always remember her as a fighter and someone who’s smile lit up any room, the world would be much better place if everyone was like Maryann.

My thoughts and prayers to the whole family especially to Mary, her mom. For so short a period of time knowing you and bringing you the Holy Eucharist while in the center, which pandemic stops us, seeing each other, I will surely miss you , but you are in God’s hands and home. Rest now my friend, no more aches n pains. See you someday!
A much-loved sister, aunt and friend. Devoted to her family and strong in her faith. The streets of heaven are too crowded tonight, but I take comfort that she is on our side!
Please accept our deepest condolences for your family's loss.
