Mary Jane L. Blumenfeld, née Butzen, age 74, of Glenview, formerly of Skokie, died Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at her residence.

Daughter of the late Robert and Mary Jane, née Imhof, Butzen, she was born October 11, 1947, in Evanston.

Beloved wife of Fred; dear mother of Dan (Julie) and Tom (Debbie); loving grandmother of Jack, Cody, Shannon, Allyson, and Leah.

Visitation, Sunday, July 10, 2022, from 3 to 8 p.m., at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie.

Funeral, Monday, July 11, at 10:15 a.m., from the funeral home, for Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 a.m., at St. Peter Church of Ss. Peter & Lambert Catholic Parish, 8100 Niles Center Rd., Skokie.

Interment private.

I will miss you Mary Jane. I am so sorry the end of your life had to take this terrible turn in the wrong direction. Life will not be the same without you. Fred, Tom, Dan, Julie, Deborah and all the Grand Children, Mary Jane cherished her life with you all and the pain of losing her is at its peak for now. I feel for everyone as I have spent more than half my life and all of your lives with you all. I just wanted all of you to know how sadden I am for us all.
