You greeted me every morning at EPA with the words "Good Morning My Friend " or "Hello My Friend " and I smiled each time. I now say see you later "My Friend " the "CUBAN PRINCESS ".

I'd like to express my deepest and sincere sympathies to Maggie's family for their loss. May God bless you with peace and comfort in this unfortunate time. I only had the pleasure of knowing Maggie for one year before she retired in 2010. I remember her sense of humor and some of her stories when she lived in Cuba. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

It is with great sadness to hear of the passing of my friend from way back. Maggie was my former earth science student from nearly 30 years ago when I worked and taught at Northeastern Illinois University. Her daughter Monica was (coincidentally) my earth science student at Oakton Community College in 1996. Maggie and I reunited as colleagues at the EPA Region 5 office a number of years later before she retired. We lived a few blocks away from each other in Skokie. Please accept my deepest sympathies to Maggie's family and relatives.

I will always remember the kindness and such motherly thoughts you left with me. I will always cherish the statute Angel you gave me that stares at me every night I sleep. I will truly miss you but will always remember, you are in spirit. Love Bev

Maggie was a delight to work with. She came to work at the U.S. EPA during the mid 90's until her retirement in 2010. Maggie was fun to work with and kept us in good spirits throughout her time with us. She will be missed by many here at the EPA. Many prayers and well wishes are extended to her beloved family during this time of loss.

I will miss Maggie very much. She was so full of energy and zest for life that it's hard for me to believe that she is now gone. I met Maggie in the 90's when we worked at US EPA. She was a dedicated professional and a good friend who continued to be in touch, after retirement, with her friends and co-workers.She missed her deceased husband very much and I wish that she is with him now sharing God's Glory.
