Dr. Pandya was born on October 19, 1935, in Mehemadavad, India, to Hariprasad and Savitaben. He utilized his Ph.D. in Pharmacology to educate future physicians matriculating through medical school. He was revered as an exceptional teacher and mentor. His primary devotion in life was to serve humanity at every level possible. He was the beloved husband of Sudha and the late Ramaben; a loving father to Dr. Prashant Pandya and Dr. Darshak Pandya; and the cherished grandfather of Deven, Meera, Maya, and Javin.
