Judith E. Yates, nee Olson, age 84, of McHenry, formerly of Lincolnwood, died Saturday, October 16, 2021, at JourneyCare in Barrington. Daughter of the late Paul E. and Gertrude V., nee Kling, Olson, she was born February 27, 1937, in Elgin.

Beloved wife of the late Richard O. Yates; loving mother of Patricia Yates, Susan Hirsch, and Scott (Maria) Yates; dear grandmother of Samantha Fielding, Michael Springer, Megan Rustin, Gerald Hirsch, Alexandra Yates, and Daniel Yates; cherished great-grandmother of Cassidy Schultz, Nolan Fielding, Jeffery Hirsch, and Dean Hirsch.

Visitation, Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 11 a.m. until time of Funeral Service, 2 p.m., at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie.
