Jacqueline Mau Adams, beloved wife of Stephen, passed away September 30, 2020, at the age of 83. Jackie endured the indignities of dementia and cancer with abiding grace and strength; at the end, she was looking into Steve’s eyes, the man she loved and lived with for more than 63 years, and went peacefully to her Lord. Steve, I was so sorry to read of Jackie's passing. We both lived in Granby and developed a wonderful connection and freinedship. I worked with her at the Aetna, and will never forget her warmth and contagious smile. Was sad when you "retired" and moved out of CT. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved her.

I was so sorry to read Jackie’s obit in the Hartford Courant. It was 45 years ago when we both worked at then CG when she thru a surprise wedding shower for me. To this day, I keep the colonial wooden recipe box she gave me as a reminder of her friendship during that time of my life. When I wasn’t certain that I should get married, she offered wise counseling which has served be well. After all, 44 years later I’m still married to the same man! You were blessed to have such as wonderful person in your world and I am so sorry for your loss. Warm regards, Wendy Brown Lincoln
