Dear Janis, Karen, Linda, and Mary, I remember your dad very well! I remember him with the dark hair in the older photo. He was always kind to me, the girl down the street. I'm glad that he was with you for so long, a real blessing. I'll remember him with fondness. He must have done a lot of things right to raise such beautiful (inside and out) daughters. I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your father. My prayers go out to you and your family.

My Dad didn't tell me how to live; he lived, and let me watch him do it. My Dad gave me the greatest gift anyone could give another person, he believed in me. I know my dad was proud of all of his daughters and showed us so much love." He and my Mom loved each other and respected each other so much every day. I admired this about both of my parents and I am so proud to be their daughter. Dad, I will always cherish our time together and I have so many wonderful memories. I will miss you so much and miss our talks. We will look after Mom for you, I know you will still guide me. May you rest in peace. Until we meet again Dad. I love you now and forever.

I am thankful that my grandfather brought a baby home, my uncle Jack Lauders, to join the Dunne family so many years ago. He became a great brother to my father, Uncle Joe, and Aunt Dot. Uncle Jack became a wonderful husband to Aunt Joan and father to his "girls". He will not be forgotten.
