Inez M. Springer, née Morrissey, age 93, formerly of Skokie, died Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at Ascension Living Nazarethville Place, Des Plaines.

Daughter of the late Timothy and Mary, née Gillece, Morrissey, she was born December 6, 1928, in Downeyville, Ontario, Canada.

Beloved wife of the late Raymond; loving mother of Michael (Julie), Daniel (Sandra), and the late Paul (Jessica Marquette); cherished grandmother of Kimberly (Alex), Jeffrey (Alexandra), and Bradley (Shira); and treasured aunt, cousin, and friend of many.

A Registered Nurse for 35-plus years, she provided compassionate care to many, and brought love, laughter, and joy to a wide circle of friends, family, and a surprising number of people who momentarily crossed her path. She journeyed through life with grace and beauty, leaving all who knew her richer for the experience.

Visitation, Saturday, February 11, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. until time of Prayers, 10:45 a.m., at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie. Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m., at St. Peter Church of Ss. Peter & Lambert Catholic Parish, 8100 Niles Center Rd. Skokie.

Interment private.
