I was very sorry to read of George's passing. I met George years ago and often relied on him for home inspections. Later, when I was remodeling a 90 year old house, George helped me pick out the kitchen cabinets and granite and installed the new kitchen. In the process he discovered a compromised support beam between the kitchen and hallway which, if not replaced, could have resulted in the collapse of the second floor. He was a skilled craftsman and just a wonderful person. I will miss him.

So sorry to hear of George’s passing. He was my dads friend since they were kids. I remember his passion for cars, and love of Elvis. He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Streske family. God bless.

George did so much for us when we moved in to a huge fixer-upper. He was unflappable amidst the dog and the toddlers and the tipped over x-mas tree. Everything he worked on was perfect. He was an excellent carpenter. He enriched our lives by helping us live in an older home. I missed him when he retired but thought of him often. He will always be in our thoughts. Thank you George.

Marge & Family, We are very sorry for your loss. My best memory of George is he showed up to our car show in Streamwood and he was the first car to arrive. I was just behind him. We have a bunch of time to talk, and he was telling me stories of my grandfather (Joseph Baran) who I never met. Those few hours were amazing. His Vette looked & sounded awesome! He will be missed by many!God Bless.Thoughts & Prayers for you and your family.Scott J Bara n & Family (Sue, Joe & Eleanor)
