Farewell Gene. Much love and blessings to you on your journey, to all you love and all who love you. I am so glad that our paths crossed as often as they did and am ever grateful to you for the music to which you introduced me and especially the more esoteric delights of Fry's Electronics. Onwards and upwards!
Mina Dizdarevic left a message on October 4, 2022:
Gene was the most young-spirited man I have ever met in my life. He was very close with my family and was the biggest social butterfly I knew, talking to everyone at any family event. He always showed up to my family events like my graduation party, my dad's birthday party, and any/every lamb roasting event. I loved hearing his stories about when he was younger especially about his old cars. One of the most admirable traits he carried was when he would converse with my grandmother who doesn't speak any English. He would always make sure she is doing well and talk to her to see how she is doing and trying to understand her broken English. Gene, I will miss you dearly and carry your stories with me and share them. Rest well and my condolences to the family. Much love to you.
