Fred H. Tolzien

Fred H. Tolzien, age 96, of Glenview, died Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at his residence.

Son of the late Frank and Anna, née Jettmann, Tolzien, he was born June 16, 1926, in Niles Center, IL (now Skokie).

Beloved husband of the late Doris, née DeSmet; loving father of Patti (the late Larry) Moore and Gerry (Kathy); dear grandfather of Sarah (Roc) Brooks, Nick (Heather) and Jon (Amanda) Tolzien, and Larry Moore; cherished great-grandfather of Summer, Lily, Brooke, and Tyler; fond brother of Shirley Carlson and the late Ruth Markgraff and June Strzleckie.

Visitation, Monday, September 19, 2022, from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service, 11 a.m., at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie.

Private Interment, Memory Gardens Cemetery, Arlington Heights.
