Frances Grotz, age 78, native of Wilmette, Illinois, died April 10, 2017 at the Niles Nursing Home, Niles, IL. Miss Grotz was born August 18, 1938 to Andrew and Christine Grotz. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Andrew and Richard Grotz. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Arline, of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA; nieces and nephews.  Private Funeral Services were held in Skokie, Illinois. Interment was held in St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, Skokie, Illinois.

My sympathy, Frances was my 2nd cousin, her moms sister was my fathers mom, Catherine Bednar, (Kate), my dad was Leroy Bednar. Grandma Kate and I visited Frances and her mom, Christine the Easter of 1971. We had a great time visiting and riding on the train. I just learned of Frances's death today, I always wondered about her... Blessings to her...she will be in my prayers.... Saying prayers for the family too..
