Edward Korajczyk, of Chicago, IL, formerly of Fullerton, CA, passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday, December 30, 2021. He was born on January 25, 1930, in Chicago, to Stanley and Marion (Babecka) Korajczyk.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of many years, Dorothy (Schleiter) Korajczyk; and by his siblings, Norma Seaholm, Leroy (Marion) Brent, Betty (Henning) Jensen, Wanda (Herbert) Kohnke, Rosemarie (David) Wunsch, Richard, and Ronald.
Edward was the loving father of Robert (Mary) and John (Hanna); cherished grandfather of Anne (Christopher) Lentino, Matthew, Peter (Maddie), Sara, and Rachel; beloved great-grandfather of Grace and Anthony; and honored uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Edward retired from Deluxe Check Printers Corporation after many years of service. He served in the U.S. Army (1951 – 1953) and Army Reserve (1953 – 1956).
Visitation, Saturday, January 8, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. until time of Prayers, 10:15 a.m., at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie.
Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 a.m., at Sts. Peter & Lambert Catholic Parish (St. Peter Church), 8100 Niles Center Road, Skokie.
