Don was a regular of mine at the Green Mill for well over a decade. It was very rare to not find him in his favorite booth on Thursday nights. He truly loved the music and was always generous to us waitresses as well as the lucky friends and strangers that sat with him. I am reminded of him every time I see a $2 bill. He was a character for sure and I won’t ever forget him! RIP, Don, I will drink a Schlitz (in a glass) and toast to you, sir! Condolences to his friends and family. Cat Shively

My deepest condolences to Don's family. A late friend of mine & l met Don at the Green Mill several years ago. He graciously offered to share his table with us. On Tuesday nights, that table subsequently became the place to come to to have a great time for old & new friends. I will miss him, but at least I have very fond memories of those many nights. Most Sincerely, Joe Urbancik
