My heart is heavy for your loss. I knew Craig as a customer at Heart/Duxler. After I moved from Evanston, I still stayed with Heart, in no small part because of Craig. I trusted him. He was also personable and easy to talk to. Even when some time would pass between visits, within 10 seconds, he made you feel like an old friend. He was also very good at what he did, he spotted things you didn't know you needed, and was a very good communicator. When Craig blessed my car as safe for the family, that was good enough for me. He often would go out of his way without being asked. Even though I only saw him through the lens of customer, I could tell this was a good man. A man which the world is now poorer for loosing. I cannot take away the shock and the grief, but one of the most amazing things I learned after my father's passing, was the number of people he touched, who I had no idea that he did. So please know Craig was an honest, smart, funny, and good man. My condolences on your loss, and may we all one day be again with the departed whom we dearly miss.

Hello, You don’t know me and I don’t know you but I so deeply feel your shock, confusion and sadness. My father died suddenly on Christmas day at the age of 47 over 40 years ago. I wish for you in the coming years what I found in the second and subsequent anniversaries of his leaving. I know my Dad loved Christmas. In tribute I celebrate his life while I ask for his care and protection. My prayers are with you that you too, in time, will remember the fun and happy times.I found link for your family on Liz Kelly’s FB
