Clara L. Fadhel, nee Susaeta, age 90, of Skokie, died Friday, October 15, 2021, at Skokie Hospital.

Daughter of the late Delfin and Julieta Susaeta, she was born November 27, 1931, in Cuba. Beloved wife of Carlos; loving mother of Sandra (Scott) Thompson and Carlos Jr. (April Buckingham); dear grandmother of Christopher, Danielle (Greg) Phillips, Chad, and Bianca; adoring great-grandmother of Milanija and Emma; fond sister of Nora Diaz and the late Genoveba Navarrete.

Visitation, Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 4 to 8 p.m., at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie. [Please note:  In compliance with CDC, State, and local COVID guidelines, face masks are mandatory indoors regardless of vaccination status.]

Funeral, Friday, October 22, at 10:15 a.m., from the funeral home, for Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 a.m., at Sts. Peter & Lambert Catholic Parish (St. Peter Church), 8100 Niles Center Rd., Skokie.
