Charles T. Bailey, age 99, of Skokie, died December 7, 2019, at the Alden Northmoor Rehabilitation and Health Center, Chicago. He was born February 23, 1920, in Hartford, MI, to Charles J. and Anna, nee Glienke. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, World War II, and a member of The American Legion, the Loyal Order of the Moose, and St. Peter’s United Church of Christ Church, Skokie. He was a retired machinist for the MCC Powers Corporation.
Beloved husband of the late Adeline, nee Ide; loving father of Barbara and Susan Bailey; dear brother of Eleanore and the late Frances Bailey; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation, Friday, December 13, 2019, from 10:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service, 11 a.m., at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie. Interment, St. Peter’s United Church of Christ Cemetery, Skokie.
