Beloved father of CJ; former spouse of Mary; loving brother of Claudia (Bruce) Fitch, Casey Faust, Carolyn (Bud) Fliess, and Tina (Jamie) Pacer; dear boyfriend of Giselle; fond uncle of Zachary, Robert, Corie, Cameron, Heidi, Gregory, and Megan; cherished son of the late Charles P. Faust Jr. and Lorraine, nee Guman.

Memorial Gathering, Sunday, April 25, 2021, from 2 to 6 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 4 p.m., at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie. [Please note:  Face masks and social distancing required, with a maximum of 50 people allowed in the funeral home at any given time.]

So sorry to hear of Chip's passing. He was the youngest of all the cousins and second/final male. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to the rest of the family as all of us mourn the loss of Chip. Two special memories come to mind...1980s time frame at the house warming party when he introduced his new pet, a young dog named Dale. Sitting together for a picture was Chip and Dale. What a fun picture that was! The second memory was how lost and heartbroken he seemed to be at the visitation of Denise's brother, his cousin, Don. Both were close to each other and one of Chip's saddest days, we're sure. Chip, you are missed and we look forward to seeing you again when the promised resurrection occurs for you and all our dear loved ones we have lost in death. Dave and Denise Schaefer
