Carolynn Wendt, nee Kotowski, age 76, of Chicago, died Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at her residence. Daughter of the late Raymond and Lois, nee Ochwat, Kotowski, she was born March 5, 1945, in Chicago.

Beloved wife of the late Edward J.; loving mother of Teena (Paul) Whittenhall, Jeffrey, and Lisa (Michael) Michna; cherished grandmother of Benjamin and Riley Whittenhall.

Carolynn was a woman of extraordinary faith that she shared with everyone she met. She was eager to be reunited with her husband, Ed, and her beloved dog, Simon. She will be deeply missed.

Such a beautiful women inside & out. Her light always shined bright! Her memory will forever be a part of my heart. Thank you for being special & raising a special daughter ( Lisa). Our condolences to the family for their loss. We have never met Mrs. Wendt, but you could tell by the love her family had for her she obviously was a blessed woman. May she rest peacefully with God.
