Dear Jean and family: I fondly remember many adventures with you and your Mom when we were in high school - our Spring Break trip to Sarasota; "experimenting" in Barb's kitchen during sleepovers until she got up and shooed us back to bed (with a twinkle in her eye). She always seemed to be a great MOM. I'm glad she got to have grandkids and great grands. Sending my sympathy. Lisa Hosfield Cochrane

Aunt Barb was fierce and fun. At 89 she was blowing my doors off coming up the stairs in Michigan from the beach! She always had some huge long swim or way long walk on the beach she planned! Quite a gal! She will always be with us!

I will miss my Aunt Barb. She was a big part of my growing up; I have the fondest memories of her and the rest of the Floods at the cottage in Michigan. All the adventures we had! This is truly sad news.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
