To the victim Anthony Delbarrio his family and all t his loved ones who are grieving during this inexplicable trategic event my thoughts and prayers go out to the heaven above where his angelic soul rests with grace in a manner of peace and tranquility. Im still in a state of shock and denial that this happened to a person of good character and family values. He was very soft Spoken with an undeniable competitive attitude which he applied his whole life and untangible characteristics that nobody can ever take away from him. He will forever remain in our hearts and never fade away. It pains me that he was so young and I think about the bright and colorful future he would of had if this act of evil never took place. The children are our future and are the true owners of this world. Young Ant will remain in my thoughts as a true happy go lucky good vibe go getter type of person. May he rest in peace and be remembered and manifested as nothing other than a gracious young man. RIP.
